Laureate head r. Rev. serpent with head of Sarapis erect, r., wearing kalathos; in field, L-IϚ. RPC Temp. 15541.2 (this coin illustrated). Dattari-Savio Pl. 189, 3517 (this coin). Dattari 3517 and Pl. XXII (this reverse illustrated).

Extremely rare, only three specimens listed in RPC. Brown-green patina, Very Fine.
